1940s scalloped edge cape from Nelson Fur Dubois, PA


A very unusual cape: the long front panels actually fold up to form a warm muff for your hands. Wear the panels up or down, this charming cape from days gone by is a sure winner. The cape is a one size fits all. For your reference: shoulders measure 17 inches across the back.

- collar to hem: 26 on back

Fasteners: four metal snaps for muff, hook & eye at front
Fabric: muskrat, crepe lined
Condition: good - some wear in the fur by the hook & eye and at the shoulders. Interior lining is darker near the hem. (see photos)
