  • How can I view the status of my order?
    A: Go to the Customer Service page. Fill in your order number in the Order Status space.
  • Is my credit-card and personal information safe?
    A: We use TLS/SSL (Transport Layer Security or Secure Sockets Layer) on all pages that pertain to your personal information. This is the industry standard cryptographic protocol which provides security and data integrity for communications over the Internet.
  • What are the shipping costs?
    A: We cover the cost of regular shipping to US destinations. If you need expedited or international shipping, you can view a close estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. Final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice, shown before you confirm your order.
  • What forms of payment are accepted?
    A: We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover credit cards.
    If you would prefer to pay by check or money-order, we will wait up to 5 days to receive payment. We will not ship the order until the payment clears, which can take as long as three weeks.
