Late 60s flowing gown with sequins

This lovely, floaty party dress is decorated around the scoop neckline and cuffs with square opalescent sequins and silver glass beads. A chiffon cape is attached at the neckline with soft gathers four inches on either side of front. The body of the dress is lined in satin. The arms are translucent chiffon. You can't help but make a statement in this dress!
