- How can I view the status of my order?
A: In your Order Confirmation email, at the very top of the page, there's a link "To view the status of your order...", or Contact Us. - Is my credit-card and personal information safe?
A: We use TLS/SSL (Transport Layer Security or Secure Sockets Layer) on all pages that pertain to your personal information. This is the industry standard cryptographic protocol which provides security and data integrity for communications over the Internet. - What are the shipping costs?
A: We use Priority Mail for regular shipping to US destinations. We can also provide expedited or international shipping, at a higher cost. You can view a close estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. Final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice, shown before you confirm your order. - What forms of payment are accepted?
A: We accept Mastercard, Visa, and Discover credit cards. - Where do I find your return policy?
