A diamond of a dress! The slinky velvet top is ruched at the shoulders and is gathered under the bustline for an elegant empire waist. (Please note, due to the nature of photographing velvet, there appears to be wear on the sleeve, it is only a reflection). The plaid tafetta skirt flows to a very full hemline.
