Fanciful beading on pockets and cuffs


Own a wonderful piece of history! A 1930s rayon crepe evening gown trimmed out in the prettiest beadwork. We tried our best to remove the spots, but alas it wasn't meant to be. It would make a perfect theater costume, as all the imperfections are small and almost impossible to see from afar. The taupe gown is awe-inspiring - all you designers out there take note - what a terrific research piece this would make!

Fabric: rayon chiffon, cellulose sequins, beads, metallic braids
Condition: fair - areas of fading, stains under arms, large faded splotch on shoulder, 2 dark blotches on right hem, spot under right pocket, splotch on front under center pleat (please refer to photos)
